“Dr France has been taking care of my animals for over 15 years. He is a great vet, knowledgeable, honest, kind and careful. About 10 years ago I took in a dog that had been run over by a car (hips and abdomen) and I just knew the poor dog would have to be put down or go through extensive surgery, but after Dr France inspected he recommended rest in a crate with antibiotics and pain pills. The dog completely heeled up over the course of eight weeks and she keeps up with my other dogs without a problem. I believe that other vets would have recommended more extensive treatment just to bill me needlessly. I really have never had a bad experience there, and we have had horses, goats, a cat, and many dogs treated by Dr Gary. The ladies in the office are always sweet and helpful also. FYI I started going to Dr France after another Vet (in Bentonville ) put my dog’s record in my husband’s name (only). My husband had never been to that vet and was not the owner or caretaker of the dog. I asked for it to be changed to my name, but it wasn’t changed the next time I called for an appointment so I switched to PR Vet clinic and have been very pleased with their service

“Dr France was my vet in 2005 and has always been amazing! I was walking my dog before bed one night and she (Daisy) got bit by a very large rattle snake. I rushed in and called him. He met me at the office and saved her life!! In the middle of the night!! I moved not long after but have recently moved back and I wouldn’t use any other vet! My cat is now an inpatient there with a really bad infection (UTI) and they are taking very good care of her. The entire staff is so compassionate and helpful. I have now visited her and seen parts of the facility that most people never see and I’m so impressed with the cleanliness!! Dr Brett is now taking care of my cat and I know she is in great hands! And they are sooo compassionate in working with me on the bill. Love this place and the people!!!!

“We went out of town this week for a few days & had to board our furbaby Echo. We’ve never been gone more than a few hrs., I was nervous 😬 for him mainly. He whined for the first time & I felt terrible for him! But Michelle Duncan put me at ease & I knew he was in good hands. She’s just wonderful!!! “This vet clinic is absolutely amazing!!! The staff is super friendly and the doctors are friendly as well and they are very accommodating to you and your animals!! I LOVE this vet clinic!!! They accept walk ins with a fee that is not bad at all!!!
